- Manage supplier non-conformities
- Inform suppliers about non-conformities
- Implement securitization for non-quality costs
- Invoice costs of non-quality (CONQ S1)
- Organize retrofit actions when necessary
- Implement quality wall actions as needed
- Secure supplier corrective action plans
- Enforce preventive action plans for suppliers
- Drive improvement roadmaps for underperforming suppliers
- Conduct inspections for low-critical parts
- Ensure sustainability of control plans
- Lead incoming inspection activities
- Manage a team of inspectors
- Ensure compliance with defined control plans
