Aufgaben
- Support the development and testing of digital transformation initiatives
- Deploy and drive adoption of AI-powered tools and RPA projects
- Map future processes with operational teams and workgroup leads
- Draft standard operating procedures and user guides
- Organize and conduct training sessions for staff
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to harmonize processes
- Gather requirements and drive change adoption across teams
- Design and implement performance indicators for all project phases
- Maintain the central implementation plan and track milestones
- Manage project interdependencies and high-impact goals
- Develop weekly and monthly project dashboards
- Report KPI results to leadership and the steering committee
