  • •Specialization in BPM or Digital Transformation (plus)
  • •Mastery of Google Slides or PowerPoint
  • •Data Analytics skills in Excel or Google Sheets
  • •Process Mapping or Modeling skills
  • •Familiarity with Customer Service processes
  • •Experience with project management tools
  • •Experience with Data Visualization tools
  • •Basic understanding of AI and RPA

  • •Workshop facilitation and leadership confidence
  • •Experience in complex or matrixed organizations

  • •Support the development and testing of digital transformation initiatives
  • •Deploy and drive adoption of AI-powered tools and RPA projects
  • •Map future processes with operational teams and workgroup leads
  • •Draft standard operating procedures and user guides
  • •Organize and conduct training sessions for staff
  • •Facilitate cross-functional workshops to harmonize processes
  • •Gather requirements and drive change adoption across teams
  • •Design and implement performance indicators for all project phases
  • •Maintain the central implementation plan and track milestones
  • •Manage project interdependencies and high-impact goals
  • •Develop weekly and monthly project dashboards
  • •Report KPI results to leadership and the steering committee
