- Basic assembly processes knowledge (aviation)
- Team working skills

- Comfortable interacting with diverse cultures

- Support organization of demonstrators and laboratory work
- Collect requirements for demonstrators
- Create Bill of Material for demonstrators
- Plan test campaigns for demonstrators

- Propose improvements to technology
- Collaborate with suppliers on technology improvements
