- Unlock cross-category synergies and increase scalability
- Develop procurement teams and organizational capabilities
- Lead direct and indirect category heads and regional activities
- Act as the key interface to company divisions
- Deliver sustainable value through TCO and value engineering
- Drive global category management across all spend areas
- Manage project pipelines and prioritization with leaders
- Establish a group-wide supplier risk management framework
- Mitigate single-source risks and ensure business continuity
- Expand digital enablement and spend analytics
- Utilize data-driven steering to improve decision quality
