- Experience taking products from tape-out to volume production
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication, packaging, test, and yield optimization
- Track record of building processes and teams
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and tight timelines
- Experience scaling a startup through growth or acquisition
- Exposure to advanced nodes or complex packaging
- Background in AI, automotive, industrial, or data infrastructure
- MBA or advanced technical degree
Aufgaben
- Scale fabless operations from early silicon to volume production
- Design operational processes, systems, and growth-oriented KPIs
- Lead NPI, qualification, and sustaining production across products
- Manage foundries, OSATs, test partners, and logistics providers
- Drive production planning, demand forecasting, and capacity management
- Mitigate supply chain risks and geopolitical exposure
- Develop alternate sourcing and contingency plans
- Negotiate senior-level contracts, pricing, and capacity commitments
- Establish quality, reliability, and failure analysis frameworks
- Lead yield learning and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with Engineering on DFM and yield improvement
- Align customer commitments with operational reality
- Partner with Finance on cost modeling and margins
- Build and mentor a lean operations team
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
