- Proven track record in global marketing leadership and driving sustained commercial success
- International collaboration experience with regions and markets to achieve revenue and KPI targets
- Demonstrated success in product launches and experience with complex products and systems
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, including market insights, performance measurement, and marketing ROI
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at executive level, with team development experience
- High digital affinity (including AI), strong go-to-market strategies and marketing execution expertise, and English fluency

- Develop and lead global downstream marketing strategy
- Align strategy with corporate objectives
- Own market performance and launch impact
- Derive strategies from customer feedback
- Ensure cross-functional alignment for revenue and brand goals
- Provide strategic and operational leadership
- Develop growth strategy for Veterinary Business Unit
- Position and execute commercial plans
- Oversee global marketing campaigns and product launches
- Ensure consistent branding and communication
- Manage marketing budget and performance tracking
- Use data-driven analytics and modern tools
- Build and lead high-performing global marketing team
- Establish agile ways of working
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance and training initiatives
- Develop key opinion leader networks
