- Establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Support product demand opportunities as part of product strategy
- Analyze complex business service flows across front, middle, and back office
- Drive strategic solution design and business architecture
- Work with business and technology partners to align business goals and technology investments
- Communicate recommendations to management and senior business leaders
- Focus on user digital experience in investment management and services
- Drive program and project execution and reporting
