- Lead hotel sale assignments and client proposals
- Develop advanced financial models for strategic assessment
- Manage virtual data rooms and marketing deliverables
- Analyze market data and monitor financial trends
- Prepare high-quality client presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with investors and partners
- Represent JLL at industry conferences and client meetings
- Collaborate with regional and global teams for cross-border solutions
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Foster a collaborative culture within the DACH and EMEA teams
- Maintain records in JLL’s CRM and research databases
- Conduct site visits and property inspections with clients
