• •Develop and implement the global procurement strategy
• •Align procurement with financial and operational objectives

• •Mitigate global procurement risks
• •Lead category strategies for direct and indirect spend
• •Manage global framework agreements and supplier partnerships
• •Ensure supply continuity through dual sourcing strategies
• •Standardize and digitalize procurement processes and tools
• •Oversee supplier qualification and GMP compliance
• •Ensure adherence to GDP, ESG, and internal controls
• •Lead and develop the global procurement team
• •Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Quality, and Legal
• •Challenge the status quo in procurement and beyond
