Anforderungen
- Outstanding degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field
- Several years of functional and leadership experience in data, AI, or software engineering
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, data platforms, and cloud architectures
- Extensive experience designing and scaling production-grade AI and LLM systems, including retrieval and agent-based architectures
- High proficiency in Python and experience building scalable, event-driven backend systems
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex technical projects in client-facing environments
- Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent English; additional local language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Lead strategic development of Data & AI Engineering practice
- Own end-to-end architecture for complex data and AI platforms
- Drive successful delivery across multiple teams and client engagements
- Shape technological direction for data, cloud, and AI systems
- Ensure scalable, production-grade solutions for delivery teams
- Define and establish engineering standards and best practices
- Develop new services and thought leadership in AI and LLM systems
- Represent OMMAX in strategic client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with leadership to scale the team and attract top talent
