Anforderungen
- •Engineering background with commercial and financial awareness
- •Minimum 10 years working experience in aviation industry
- •Proven track record in aircraft sales and marketing or aviation-relevant area
- •Familiarity with global aviation sales market and aircraft sales work process
- •Salesforce proficiency is a plus
- •Strong ability in customer development, marketing, and business negotiation
- •Excellent communication skills in English, German desired
- •Willingness to represent the company in events and travel worldwide
- •Sales-oriented with good social and communication skills
- •Self-motivated person with ability to inspire and motivate others
- •Flexibility, creativity, self-management, and planning skills

- •Follow market and industry trends
- •Produce accurate reports for the sales organization
- •Monitor competitors and provide strategic insights
- •Process and review incoming customer requests
- •Update all relevant databases
- •Prepare documentation and agreements, including tenders and contracts
- •Share up-to-date metrics and KPIs with management
- •Participate in defining sales strategy for market entry
- •Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction
- •Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
- •Evaluate and participate in customer visits and events
- •Develop marketing strategies and materials
- •Oversee production of marketing content and design coordination
- •Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies
- •Demonstrate discipline and ethics in organizational support
