- Maintain a holistic perspective on actions and impacts.
- Strengthen brand and networks through marketing involvement.
- Develop sophisticated software products and services.
- Lead small, agile in-house teams of four to six members.
- Coordinate cross-functional responsibilities across teams.
- Consult with customers on business analysis and technical understanding.
- Steer project management to meet goals in time and budget.
- Orchestrate contacts and stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Host workshops and meetings with internal and external participants.
- Empower and develop team members effectively.
- Identify and promote team strengths and potential.
