- Orchestrate contacts and stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Host workshops and meetings with internal and external participants.
- Empower and develop team members effectively.
- Identify and promote team strengths and potential.
- Support project leaders through close collaboration.
- Optimize team output for best results.
- Contribute to the development of the Yatta team.
- Promote and embody company culture.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding in the team.
