• •Lead opportunities to signed LOIs
• •Develop valuation rationales and deal structures
• •Create integration plans for transactions
• •Design standardized diligence and valuation toolkits
• •Build integrated financial models and benchmarks
• •Deliver clear go/no-go recommendations
• •Produce investor-ready equity stories
• •Develop competitive benchmarks for fundraising
• •Define the company's product roadmap
