- Professional attitude in communication and deadlines
- Creativity and good attention to detail
- Autonomy and self-organization
- Excellent English and good German language skills
- Experience in close collaboration with business stakeholders
- Expertise in agile working environment (SAFe)
- Knowledge of Product/Project Management
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism
Aufgaben
- Manage cross-team UX/UI topics from scoping to execution.
- Align topic execution with UI/UX Operations Manager.
- Coordinate with Design System & Information Architecture team.
- Independently manage defined UX/UI initiatives.
- Clarify initiative objectives and success criteria.
- Coordinate initiative stakeholders.
- Track initiative progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Deliver initiative outcomes.
- Document initiative outcomes.
- Serve as the main contact for your initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment with UX/UI teams, product, and stakeholders.
- Develop Design System communication concepts.
- Develop Design System learning formats.
- Create guidelines, playbooks, and onboarding material.
- Continuously evaluate and improve your initiatives.
- Collect feedback on initiatives.
- Propose optimizations to increase impact and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Operations Manager.
- Serve as sparring partner to UI/UX Operations Manager.
- Maintain clear ownership of assigned topics.
- Maintain accountability for assigned topics.
