- Adherence to GMP safety standards
- Cleanroom compliance (no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair)
- Ability to work in cold rooms/freezers (-22F/-6C)
- Tolerance for loud noises (equipment/machinery)
- Use of PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs)
- Tolerance for strong odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products)
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Proactive, hands-on 'can-do' attitude
- Ability to work in regulated, fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English or German
Aufgaben
- Deliver life-saving biologics using advanced automated systems
- Operate cutting-edge Single Use Technology (SUT) bioreactors
- Perform vial thaw, seed inoculation, centrifugation, depth filtration, and harvesting
- Own and ensure smooth execution of SOPs and work instructions
- Contribute to continuous improvement and Manufacturing Excellence
- Support new product introductions and technology transfers
- Assist in launching new production lines, including qualification and validation
- Maintain GMP and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovation and success
- Work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends
