- Deep knowledge of UA metrics (CTR, CR, CPI, ROAS, LTV) and attribution models/tracking methodologies (AppsFlyer a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Facebook Ads, and media buying
- High motivation, self-starter, strong project management, prioritization, hands-on execution skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, superior problem-solving, analytical mindset
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for collaboration
- Strong background in data analytics and/or engineering, quantitative analysis, experimental design (highly preferred)
- Professionalism (soft/hard skills), motivation to grow/learn/share, positive attitude, flexibility, transparency, ownership, passion, commitment
