- Strong technical documentation and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Experience with ELNs and process risk assessments
- Adaptability and drive for process excellence
- Willingness to travel for external manufacturing partners
Aufgaben
- Lead 100L pilot-scale upstream bioprocess operations
- Set up and monitor bioprocessing equipment
- Troubleshoot pilot-plant scale operations
- Design experiments for process characterization
- Identify and mitigate scale-up risks
- Prepare process descriptions and batch records
- Maintain SOPs, protocols, and technical reports
- Support technology transfers to CMOs and CDMOs
- Provide technical support during GMP runs
- Communicate technical progress to cross-functional teams
