In this role, you will take charge of UGC content and social media for the Nordic markets, managing projects and collaborating with creators to produce engaging content. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating with teams, ensuring deadlines are met, and infusing local insights into your strategies.

Anforderungen

  • •Fluency in English
  • •Native level in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
  • •Experience in project management, marketing, or content management
  • •Well organized, structured, and communicative
  • •Independence, solution-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility
  • •Solid understanding of social media, UGC content, and current trends
  • •Confidence in working with digital tools
  • •On-site work in Hamburg or Kiel office

Aufgaben

  • •Take ownership of UGC content and social media for the Nordic markets
  • •Manage all projects related to content, UGC, and communication
  • •Identify and contact UGC creators from the Nordics
  • •Organize content productions with UGC creators
  • •Coordinate videos, images, and briefings with the Creative Team and freelancers
  • •Support localization of the website and advertising assets for Nordic markets
  • •Create culturally relevant briefings for UGC creators and influencers
  • •Ensure all creative deadlines are met
  • •Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Performance Marketing team
  • •Bring in new ideas, trends, and cultural insights from the Nordic region
