Aufgaben

• •Drive external and internal capital transactions
• •Execute funding transactions for the group
• •Support internal dividend collection and planning
• •Coordinate equity injections and capital reductions
• •Manage debt financings with tax and legal teams
• •Evaluate and execute risk transfer transactions
• •Manage liquidity for the listed holding company
• •Manage group insurance policies and financial lines
• •Handle employee DBO schemes with insurance brokers
• •Assist in managing investment bank relationships
