- Drive external and internal capital transactions
- Execute funding transactions for the group
- Support internal dividend collection and planning
- Coordinate equity injections and capital reductions
- Manage debt financings with tax and legal teams
- Evaluate and execute risk transfer transactions
- Manage liquidity for the listed holding company
- Manage group insurance policies and financial lines
- Handle employee DBO schemes with insurance brokers
- Assist in managing investment bank relationships
