Anforderungen
- Master’s in Data Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biologics, Computer Science, or related field
- Programming skills in JavaScript, XML, HTML, Python or similar
- Experience with machine learning and AI applications
- Knowledge in data structures, databases (e.g. SQL), and process automations (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration in global teams
- Fluent English
- Experience with data modeling and simulation tools
- Familiarity with synthetic molecule/biologics development, packaging or device development processes (plus)
- Fluent German and/or French (plus)
- Eligibility to work in Austria or EU citizenship
Aufgaben
- Develop, validate, and maintain data models for synthetic molecules, biologics, and packaging/medical devices.
- Integrate diverse data sources for advanced analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with data scientists and IT to ensure data integrity, traceability, and GxP compliance.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, ontologies, and metadata standards for TRD projects.
- Map and analyze end-to-end processes across molecule, biologics, and device workflows.
- Build and apply process models using simulation software and workflow engines.
- Conduct scenario analyses to optimize efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Present results to cross-functional teams.
- Implement workflow automation and digital twin solutions.
- Support pilot programs.
- Lead change management for global adoption.
