As a Transaction Analyst, you will dive into data accuracy and process improvements, tackling discrepancies and collaborating with various teams to optimize transaction flows. This role involves analyzing trends and preparing insightful reports to support management decisions.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or comparable qualification
• •Relevant professional experience in transaction management, controlling, data analysis, or similar roles
• •Strong analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented working style
• •Very good Excel skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage
• •Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, Oracle)
• •Experience in process analysis, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement
• •Ability to analyse complex data and present insights in a clear and structured manner
• •High level of accountability, accuracy, and quality awareness
• •Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
• •Analytical and curious mindset with a strong affinity for data, processes, and numbers

Aufgaben

• •Monitor and analyze transaction-related data
• •Control transaction processes
• •Investigate transaction discrepancies and disputed cases
• •Identify root causes and implement corrective measures
• •Coordinate complex transaction and billing cases with clients and partners
• •Ensure data quality and accurate transactional postings
• •Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues
• •Analyze large data sets to identify trends and risks
• •Prepare reports and decision-support materials for management
• •Support invoice release and billing processes in ERP systems
• •Contribute to developing standards and best practices in transaction management
• •Assist with quality assurance and compliance in the transaction environment
