- •Master’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
- •Experience in Offers & Contracts
- •Experience in Support & Service area with customers
- •Customer orientation
- •Independent and conscientious working style
- •Good problem-solving skills
- •Business fluent English skills
- •Fluency in German
- •French is a plus
- •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Aufgaben
- •Coordinate and promote training activities in Germany
- •Act as the central point of contact for customers regarding training business
- •Perform project management activities, including budget control and risk analysis
- •Support the sales team by engaging with end-customers during sales campaigns
- •Promote the training catalog and tools at trade shows
- •Develop involvement of other training centers in offers related to the 'Metier' proposal
- •Ensure compliance of training solutions with program specifications
- •Maintain competitiveness, customer satisfaction, and safety of training programs
- •Draft, prepare, and release training offers in line with the offer process
