- Experience in IT or software environment
- Exposure to regulated industries, B2B platforms, or energy/infrastructure sectors
- Intellectual curiosity about European energy transition
Aufgaben
- Build skills in product ownership, customer success, and platform management
- Participate in a structured 18-month trainee program
- Learn PRISMA's products and the European gas market
- Understand agile basics and technical fundamentals
- Engage in customer success roles and domain-driven design
- Facilitate event storming and cross-functional presentations
- Manage backlogs and PMO governance basics
- Lead the full requirements lifecycle, including system vision and algorithm specification
- Coordinate with service providers and manage roadmaps
- Develop and lead business cases and stakeholder strategies
- Implement AI-assisted product and platform workflows
- Take full responsibility for a product or platform scope
- Conduct peer reviews and competency-based evaluations
- Partner with engineering teams to set product direction
- Bridge the gap between the platform and market participants
- Ensure reliable outcomes in complex project deliveries
