Anforderungen
- Completed railway operational training as a train driver (Class B and A)
- Several years of experience in railway service as a train driver
- Train driver's license according to TfV (Class B and A)
- Comprehensive knowledge of traction vehicles series
- Independent working style
- Adherence to deadlines and flexibility
- Clear communication style
- Good communication skills with internal and external contacts
- Understanding of railway operations and vehicle technology
- Fluent in German C1 (English skills beneficial)
Aufgaben
- Conduct necessary checks and inspections on locomotives and railway vehicles before journeys
- Prepare train and shunting trips, including coupling locomotives and adjusting brakes
- Execute test, commissioning, workshop, and transfer trips safely and efficiently
- Participate in testing train brakes for proper functioning
- Park the train and implement measures to prevent unintentional movement
- Identify and report irregularities, malfunctions, and potential hazards
- Act appropriately to address issues and assist in their resolution
- Operate railway vehicles independently and economically
- Perform maintenance and minor servicing on railway vehicles
