- Welcome and assist guests
- Handle check-ins and check-outs
- Register guests and process payments
- Explain campervan functionalities and terms
- Upsell road trip extras
- Align reservations with available campervans
- Verify and prepare campers and road trip kits
- Maintain campervans in top condition
- Identify and address maintenance needs
- Monitor existing stock
- Coordinate the fleet of campervans
- Troubleshoot operational issues
