In this role, you will manage a portfolio of healthcare providers, ensuring seamless integration and support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve establishing engagement strategies, resolving issues, and collaborating with teams to meet client needs.

Anforderungen

• •Service delivery experience in professional services B2B environment, senior account management experience, or program management experience
• •Exposure to healthcare and healthcare provider management
• •Bachelor’s degree, equivalent or qualification by experience
• •Post graduate degree
• •Insurance, medical provider, or nursing experience
• •Highly proficient in English (written and verbal)
• •Highly proficient in Polish (written and verbal)
• •Self-starter and self-driven to deliver results
• •Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, providers, suppliers, and cross departmental team members
• •Experience in building strong relationships with medical professionals at medical institutions, including senior management levels
• •Negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
• •Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities
• •Ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining attention to detail
