Aufgaben
- Lead a therapeutic area focused team
- Create and update the Enterprise portfolio strategy for the Therapeutic Area
- Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Therapeutic Area
- Assess peer companies with significant exposure in the Therapeutic Area
- Educate and update internal stakeholders with external perspectives
- Provide insights for key portfolio governance processes
- Identify growth opportunities and reject low-value projects
- Support Group Investor Relations and the CEO Office with strategic insights
- Collect and synthesize scientific and commercial insights for the Therapeutic Area
- Lead the creation and maintenance of the TA portfolio strategy
- Identify potential pipeline gaps and recommend solutions
- Facilitate portfolio decision-making with the Therapeutic Area Leadership team
- Oversee assessments of program fit to current portfolio strategy
- Facilitate central review for assets inside and outside current priorities
- Provide commercial and development inputs for business cases
- Offer independent views on internal pipeline assumptions
- Lead assessments of external opportunities and forecast assumptions
- Coach and develop top talent within the team
- Partner with leadership to develop people strategy
- Manage the TA strategy financial budget and forecast resource needs
