• •Complete required training on time and report compliance issues
• •Integrate scientific evidence to support brand strategies
• •Identify opportunities for evidence generation
• •Lead scientific communications activities
• •Deliver accurate interpretation and maintain integrity of medical evidence
• •Develop and execute the medical affairs plan within budget and timelines
• •Manage the therapeutic area budget and resource planning
• •Provide insights into patient needs
• •Act as the patient insight expert in the therapeutic area
• •Facilitate patient insight knowledge sharing
• •Maintain knowledge of company standards on medicines promotion
• •Respond to unsolicited Medical Information requests
• •Collaborate with External Service Provider for Medical Information
• •Provide strong leadership to the office and field-based team
• •Coach and develop the team for best-in-class capabilities
• •Supervise TA Medical Affairs activities for operational excellence
