Anforderungen
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Medical Technology, or related field
- Solid experience in test method development, validation, and verification testing of medical devices
- Experience with force and torsion measurement equipment (preferable Zwick, Stable Micro Systems)
- Knowledge in statistical analysis (preferable JMP)
- Knowledge of applicable medical device regulations and standards (ISO 13485, ISO 11608)
- Strong quality mindset and familiarity with design control processes and GMP
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability
- Fluent English, German is an advantage
- Experience with plastics design, especially injection molding
- Hands-on experience with 3D CAD tools (preferably SolidWorks)
- Solid understanding of mechanical design principles and tolerance analysis
Aufgaben
- Contribute to new drug delivery device development
- Adapt existing platforms to customer drug products
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
- Develop and optimize test methods for injection systems
- Design and qualify test fixtures and setups
- Select appropriate test equipment
- Analyse product requirements and specifications
- Derive and document test cases and criteria
- Create structured test plans
- Execute engineering and design verification tests
- Perform test method validation
- Support V&V activities in design control
- Generate clear and compliant documentation
- Ensure traceability between requirements and results
- Support test method transfer to manufacturing sites
