- Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Advantest, Teradyne, Cohu)
- Hands-on experience with Accretech wafer probers
- ATE programming experience in C# or Visual Basic
- Knowledge of semiconductor or electronics production flows
- German language skills
- Proactive, self-starting attitude, problem identification, and solution driving
- Genuine desire to grow, develop skills, and take on responsibility
- Entrepreneurial mindset, seeking opportunities to strengthen team and site growth
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, treating challenges as personal missions
Aufgaben
- Test and hand over semiconductor devices
- Ensure product quality by following internal procedures
- Build stable setups for maximum yield
- Report test results in the GYM database
- Test semiconductor devices using probers and handlers
- Operate and optimize final and wafer test operations
- Work hands-on with ATE systems
- Maintain and improve test setups
- Create and analyze wafer maps
- Support probe stations and wafer probers
- Perform basic machine and hardware maintenance
- Troubleshoot hardware issues
