- Support customers in resolving technical issues
- Organize and conduct technical support and product training for customers and staff
- Understand local market dynamics and competitor strategies
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of therapies and products
- Provide technical support for implants and follow-ups in the territory
- Develop and implement Account Plans to meet sales targets
- Manage inventory within the assigned territory
- Offer technical assistance to healthcare professionals and colleagues
- Conduct product presentations and assist at exhibitions
- Maintain accurate territory records and provide reports and forecasts
- Train on the application of new products
- Assist marketing and functional specialists in identifying new opportunities
