- Proven experience in selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions
- Ability to optimize internal and external networks
- Successful history of net new business sales
- Proven track record of sales overachievement in the Public Sector
- Credibility at all levels and ability to build positive relationships
- Fluency in English and German
- Curiosity to join the Salesforce Ohana
Aufgaben
- Sell the entire product portfolio to small and medium-sized businesses in the Public Sector CHAT in Switzerland and Austria
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving new opportunities
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
- Manage complex sales cycles and present to C-level executives
- Conduct product demonstrations and participate in in-market events
- Run the entire sales process to meet key performance metrics
- Implement customer discovery and research to formalize a Go To Market strategy
- Build qualified target account lists
- Drive pipeline development through customer engagements and marketing campaigns
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline
- Close business to meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings objectives
- Position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling
- Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
- Lead the end-to-end sales process by engaging appropriate resources
- Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term revenue perspective
- Build strong relationships to create growth opportunities
- Participate in sales enablement trainings and development programs
