- Drive future-state process design and mapping
- Conduct gap assessments and requirements definition
- Translate business requirements into user stories
- Develop functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Create process documentation
- Support configuration discussions and alignment
- Plan and manage business readiness activities
- Implement change management and adoption strategies
- Ensure alignment with migration, testing, and integration teams
- Manage governance and RAID activities
- Report status to executive stakeholders
- Contribute to proposal development
- Shape solutions and estimate efforts
- Prepare client presentations
- Support agile delivery methodologies
- Execute SAFe, Scrum, and sprint-based models
