- Bachelor's degree in Information science, computer science, business administration, economics, finance, or a combination of education and work experience
- Knowledge of standard software development methodologies, such as waterfall model or agile approaches
- Good verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Coaching of internal staff
- Good analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Knowledge of FIS products and services and the financial services industry
- Proficiency in at least one application programming language, such as Python, C#, C++ and/or Java
Aufgaben
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers in Front Arena implementation projects
- Collaborate with development on new products and services
- Design and implement technological integrations
- Expand infrastructure for financial applications
- Participate in consulting projects for financial companies
- Consult on performance and infrastructure issues
- Install and set up applications
- Develop scripts and customize application implementations
- Write test plans and test cases to ensure application enhancements meet client requirements
