- Ensure safety processes are observed
- Perform quality assurance activities
- Take an active role in shutdown maintenance
- Conduct root-cause analysis
- Perform stops reductions loss analysis
- Eliminate breakdowns
- Troubleshoot multiple processes and issues
- Lead at least one standard work process for your team
