Aufgaben
- Write high-quality, persona-based documentation
- Modernize the existing knowledge base
- Define the standards and structure of documentation
- Create clear, accurate guides, concepts, and reference docs
- Audit, re-structure, and refresh existing documentation
- Align documentation with merged product lines and current terminology
- Work iteratively, starting with core content and enriching it
- Partner with Product Managers as primary stakeholders
- Coordinate with Engineering, Academy/Customer Education, and Sales
- Gather inputs and close feedback loops
- Channel input from field teams and users to improve clarity and completeness
- Decide what belongs in Docs versus Academy versus Community
- Contribute to glossary, terminology, and style guidelines
- Ensure consistency across German and English documentation
- Produce enablement materials such as conceptual diagrams
- Produce release and feature notes
- Produce short tutorials that connect features to practical outcomes
- Translate feature inputs into user-facing documentation
