Anforderungen

- Strong experience in technical due diligence for M&A or project acquisitions, ideally from Technical Advisor, Owner’s Engineer, or consultancy background
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage external experts in complex, time-critical transaction environments
- Understanding of interplay between technical, commercial, and contractual aspects of renewable energy projects
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel-based models
- Fluent English communication; German is a strong advantage
- Structured, independent, and collaborative working style; willingness to travel occasionally
Aufgaben
- Lead technical workstream for PV and BESS acquisition projects
- Manage and challenge external technical advisors
- Review and assess technical due diligence reports
- Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies
- Translate technical findings into investment-relevant conclusions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for transaction alignment
- Support technical evaluation of key contracts
- Prepare and present technical decision papers
- Contribute to development of technical standards and methodologies
