Aufgaben
- Define and maintain a risk-based test approach for SAP activities
- Enforce entry/exit criteria, Definition of Ready/Done, and sign-off checkpoints
- Build and maintain the test suite for process variants, integrations, controls, and non-functional aspects
- Ensure traceability from requirements through test scenarios to acceptance
- Plan, schedule, and run test cycles including SIT, End-to-end, UAT, and Non-functional testing
- Coordinate process and system teams with business SMEs for execution and sign-off
- Create, update, and execute manual and automated test cases
- Consolidate test status and escalate at the technical programme level
- Lead defect management and triage, covering severity, ownership, SLA, root cause, and retest
- Drive cross-team resolution to closure and remove blockers impacting cycle progress
- Enforce the test data strategy and confirm data readiness per cycle
- Integrate non-functional testing into the cycle plan
- Track test KPIs and enforce reporting cadence towards PMO and sponsors
- Align with Business Process Owners, Engineering Leadership, and SI/partners on scope, readiness, and sign-off
- Surface quality risks with clear business impact
- Ensure leadership has a transparent view of testing progress
