Aufgaben
- Maintain robotic handling systems and control components
- Ensure proper functioning of sensors and motion axes
- Monitor performance indicators and initiate necessary actions
- Prepare handlers for shipment to customers
- Update the handler database and history logs
- Execute mechanical adaptations and unit rebuilds
- Support configuration changes for new product requirements
- Validate and document all technical modifications
- Diagnose issues in complex robotic subsystems
- Provide on-floor support for urgent production incidents
- Collaborate with engineering teams and external experts
- Analyze robot behaviors to identify root causes
- Train team members on system operation and safety
- Create technical work instructions and troubleshooting guides
- Act as the site subject-matter expert for handling
- Share improvement feedback with design and NPI teams
