- Ability to work in pilot lines and production environments at customers

- Ability to represent MacDermid Enthone positively and effectively
- Good to excellent PC skills
- Microsoft Office products proficiency

Aufgaben
- Contribute expertise, knowledge, and investigative capabilities to projects
- Expand technical capabilities into other product areas
- Support regional project leaders with background research
- Identify prior solutions to similar situations
- Interface with R&D to identify key knowledge
- Assess feasibility and difficulty of development requests
- Assist with experimental design and data collection
- Provide data analysis and presentation support
- Lead projects as Project Leader
- Recruit team members for projects
- Organize project plans
- Liaise with external project participants
- Guide teams to project milestones
- Run beta trials of new products with regional teams
- Provide feedback to R&D on process performance
- Collaborate on beta testing reports
- Participate in technical troubleshooting processes
- Document all technical work
- Provide data analysis for regional closure of opportunities
- Provide technical documentation for regional closure of opportunities
- Document when Application Development is insufficient
- Propose projects to the Product Group
- Prepare documentation packages for project proposals
- Define quantitative project objectives
- Identify customer needs hierarchy
- Identify gaps not filled by Application Development
- Coordinate with R&D on new product development
- Facilitate beta stage new product testing
- Prepare product documentation for new product launches
- Interface with OEMs, Tiers, or key customers for product qualification
- Safeguard proprietary information
- Be aware of customer-specific restrictions and sensitivities
- Create technical training materials for internal use
- Maintain technical training materials for internal use
