- Record and edit voiceovers using Descript and Camtasia
- Collaborate with service departments and product management
- Coordinate with technical support and training teams
- Ensure consistency and quality across all content
- Analyze user feedback and service KPIs for optimization
- Support new product launches with tailored content formats
- Maintain compliance with brand and documentation guidelines
- Publish content on the company's service platforms
