Aufgaben

• •Concept and produce digital technical service content
• •Create training videos for device installation and maintenance
• •Develop how-to videos and tutorials for cloud-based products
• •Update digital service and support content continuously
• •Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand language
• •Produce content using AI tools like Synthesia and HeyGen
• •Record and edit voiceovers using Descript and Camtasia
• •Collaborate with service departments and product management
• •Coordinate with technical support and training teams
• •Ensure consistency and quality across all content
• •Analyze user feedback and service KPIs for optimization
• •Support new product launches with tailored content formats
• •Maintain compliance with brand and documentation guidelines
• •Publish content on the company's service platforms
