- Oversee feature, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.
- Ensure consistent application of QA processes.
- Continuously improve QA processes and practices.
- Coordinate release preparation with Product Owners and engineering.
- Validate releases before deployment.
- Define, monitor, and maintain QA-related KPIs.
- Identify quality gaps using KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement with KPI insights.
- Provide hands-on testing support as needed.
- Contribute to manual and automated testing.
- Analyze production incidents and hotfixes.
- Identify root causes of quality issues.
- Drive systemic quality improvements.
- Monitor quality of system integrations in production.
- Monitor operational performance of system integrations.
- Organize and coordinate field testing activities.
- Identify and resolve user-facing issues.
