Anforderungen
- •Experience in global UCaaS or telephony projects
- •Technical understanding of telephony and routing
- •Expertise in RFP and procurement processes
- •Experience in migration and number porting
- •Stakeholder management and leadership skills
- •Structured project management capabilities
- •Microsoft Teams Voice or Operator Connect certifications
- •Background in global telecom carrier consolidation
- •Knowledge of enterprise regulatory requirements
- •German language proficiency

Aufgaben
- •Lead workshops to capture technical requirements
- •Produce business requirement and technical documents
- •Identify integration points and regulatory dependencies
- •Translate requirements into complete RFP packages
- •Assess carrier capabilities and pricing models
- •Manage the full vendor engagement lifecycle
- •Lead vendor briefings and evaluation workshops
- •Produce vendor recommendations using objective scoring
- •Drive contracting and commercial negotiations
- •Coordinate risk and security assessments
- •Consolidate baseline telephony and carrier inventory
- •Map contractual commitments and porting constraints
- •Develop global number-porting strategies
- •Submit and track complex porting requests
- •Establish structured migration waves and timelines
- •Build SLAs and internal validation steps
- •Oversee end-to-end network and call-flow testing
- •Document and remediate all test results
- •Coordinate deployment teams during phased rollouts
- •Manage cutover events and number activations
- •Develop standardized migration frameworks and templates
- •Ensure documentation transfers to operational teams
- •Establish communication plans for all stakeholders
- •Coordinate user training and adoption support
- •Produce program updates and executive dashboards
- •Monitor KPIs and vendor SLA adherence
- •Drive issue resolution to maintain schedules
