- PMP certification would be beneficial
- Software development experience in prior assignments
- Experience in agile software development would be beneficial
- Experience in training simulation would be beneficial
- Excellent English (negotiation level)
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity
Aufgaben
- Lead simulation and software development teams of up to 10 members
- Define Simulation IT Infrastructure architectures and pipelines with your team
- Manage externally subcontracted work packages
- Control and monitor the project schedule
- Plan and monitor project costs
- Manage communication effectively
- Conduct risk management
- Provide regular reports to line management and program management
- Travel occasionally to project integration sites or customer installations
