Aufgaben
- Lead exterior plastic parts from concept to serial production
- Ensure quality, cost, and timing (QCT) throughout projects
- Act as main technical interface with customers and production teams
- Analyze customer needs and define product specifications
- Manage design for manufacturing processes
- Conduct risk analysis and design reviews
- Develop and validate tooling and test equipment
- Manage product validation phases
- Lead tuning phases to meet performance and quality targets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Define engineering scope, planning, and deliverables
- Manage project reviews and track actions
- Participate in feasibility studies and development milestones
- Monitor development budget and support cost optimization
- Manage scope change impacts on cost and timing
- Drive industrialization transition to production
- Troubleshoot technical issues during trials and production ramp-up
- Maintain and update technical documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
