Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end migration and depreciation programs
- Coordinate user and data migrations between platforms
- Define migration strategies for different customer segments
- Track progress against milestones and workstreams
- Interface between engineering and internal service teams
- Align migration plans directly with selected customers
- Communicate migration status and risks proactively
- Partner with Product and Engineering on strategy
- Assess and manage technical and operational risks
- Define mitigation plans and decision frameworks
- Document and manage cross-team dependencies
- Support go/no-go decisions with data assessments
- Identify gaps in migration tooling and automation
- Develop internal dashboards, runbooks, and playbooks
- Establish standard migration frameworks and governance
- Improve execution through retrospectives and metrics
- Support change management and internal enablement
- Ensure operational readiness for support teams
- Monitor post-migration stability and customer satisfaction
