- Deep technical understanding of developer portals (e.g. Backstage), modern software architectures, APIs, event-driven architectures, cloud technologies (Azure), Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, cloud, data, AI, DevOps)
- Well-versed in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product ownership
- Strong understanding of non-functional requirements (security, availability, resilience, observability)
- Ability to identify, assess, and manage technical debt and modernization needs
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, analytical and effective work in international, cross-functional teams
Aufgaben
- Own vision, mission, and execution of Developer and Cloud Platforms
- Drive strategic development, technical evolution, maintenance, and quality
- Take end-to-end ownership of technical product components
- Act as central interface between business, architecture, engineering, and operations
- Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and product strategy
- Translate requirements into actionable technical requirements and solutions
- Govern technical quality and non-functional requirements
- Maintain and improve technical documentation
- Identify and manage technical debt
- Steer platform modernization initiatives
- Continuously evolve platform through API standards and shared solutions
