As a Technical Product Manager for Search, you will drive the vision and strategy for search products, ensuring they deliver real value to customers. Your role involves prioritizing the product roadmap, leading discovery activities, and aligning stakeholders to enhance search capabilities.

Anforderungen

• •M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• •Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in data-driven, ML-powered, or search-heavy products
• •Comfort in collaborating with data scientists and engineers
• •Understanding of experimentation, metrics, and business impact measurement in digital products
• •Structured, communicative, and confident in prioritization and stakeholder management
• •Enjoyment of enabling teams, aligning perspectives, and driving clarity in complex problem spaces

Aufgaben

• •Own and communicate the product vision and strategy for the search domain
• •Translate strategic goals into a prioritized product roadmap and backlog
• •Write and maintain clear, outcome-oriented product requirements and user stories
• •Continuously prioritize and refine the backlog based on business impact and user feedback
• •Define and track success metrics for search relevance and customer satisfaction
• •Lead product discovery activities, including hypothesis definition and A/B testing
• •Act as the primary product contact for the search domain, aligning stakeholders
• •Balance short-term improvements with long-term investments in search capabilities
• •Support agile ceremonies by clarifying priorities and ensuring team alignment
• •Foster a customer-centric mindset to ensure technical innovation serves user value
