- •Strong architectural expertise
- •Technical leadership and mentoring experience
- •Experience modernizing monolithic systems
- •Designing scalable distributed architectures
- •Knowledge of cloud environments, ideally AWS
- •Knowledge of container technologies like Docker
- •Strong analytical mindset
- •Ownership attitude and collaborative style
- •Fluent German and English

- •Collaborate with Product Management to shape the technical roadmap
- •Optimize development processes and CI/CD pipelines
- •Enhance DevOps practices within the team
- •Work with Spring Boot, AWS, and Docker
- •Manage relational databases and RabbitMQ messaging systems
- •Drive scalability and long-term technical direction
